Product Introduction
The platform-type laser welding machine is a multi-axis linkage high-precision laser welding machine developed and produced for high-precision welding and mass-produced products. The fiber laser welding machine adopts optical fiber transmission, featuring high photoelectric conversion efficiency and a long laser service life. It offers optional 3-axis or 4-axis linkage, and can be equipped with a static or oscillating welding head. By using the teaching function to edit weld seams, it realizes automatic welding. The only consumable of the entire machine is the welding torch protective lens. The movement axis superposition method for X-Y-Z axes is optional. During welding, the heat-affected zone is small, which avoids problems such as work piece deformation, blackening, and traces on the back. Moreover, it achieves large welding depth, firm welding, and sufficient melting. There is no depression between the raised part of the molten pool filler and the base material! Compared with robotic welding, it has lower cost and simpler programming. With the use of professional fixtures, workers only need to perform simple loading and unloading operations to realize automatic welding. It is efficient, stable, and maintenance-free, and can work continuously for 24 hours.
