Product Introduction
The Handheld Laser Welding Machine is a type of laser welding equipment developed to address two key issues: on one hand, the problems existing in traditional thin-plate welding, such as a large heat-affected zone, easy welding deformation, uneven weld seams, and long subsequent grinding time; on the other hand, the inability of fixed-optical-path welding machines to meet production needs when dealing with long-distance welding tasks and large work pieces. This Handheld Laser Welding Machine features a flexible and convenient working mode, as well as a longer welding distance. The previous fixed optical path is replaced by a handheld welding gun. The Handheld Fiber Laser Welding Machine is mainly designed for laser welding of long-distance and large-scale sheet metal parts. During welding, it has a small heat-affected zone, which will not cause problems such as work piece deformation, blackening, or marks on the back. Moreover, it offers a large welding depth, strong weld bonding, and sufficient melting. There is no depression at the junction between the raised part of the molten material in the weld pool and the base material! The Handheld Laser Welding Machine features advantages such as simple operation, aesthetically pleasing weld seams that require no grinding, fast welding speed, and minimal thermal deformation. When welding thin metal materials like stainless steel plates, iron plates, and galvanized plates, it can perfectly replace traditional welding processes including TIG welding (tungsten inert gas welding) and electric welding.
Product Advantages
- The Handheld Laser Welding Machine is simple and easy to operate, and does not require professional welders.
- The weld seams are smooth and aesthetically pleasing, requiring no grinding or only minimal grinding work.
- Difficult-to-weld materials such as aluminum alloys can also be easily welded using an oscillating welding head.
- The standard length of the optical fiber is 10 meters, which is suitable for welding long-distance and large work pieces.
- It supports multiple welding processes, including spot welding, butt welding, and lap welding.
- Compared with traditional electric welding and TIG welding processes, it is 3-5 times faster and saves labor.
